Richman Haire is a Professor of Art and has taught professional photo-graphy, digital imaging and fine-art photography. He received his B.F.A. degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and his M.F.A. from The State University of New York at Buffalo. Richman has taught at The Visual Studies Workshop, Florida State University, The Minneapolis College of Art and Design and
The University of Texas teaching all levels of graduate and under-graduate courses in fine art and professional photography. Richman has had numerous shows and grants including a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and from the Ford foundation. His professional photography includes advertising, editorial, industrial and annual reports. He owned a photography studio in Dallas, Texas and currently does both local and international photography. His client list includes, Akron Art Museum, American Express, American Overseas Petroleum, Caltex Corporation, Cargill, Goodyear, Gulf and Western Incorporated, Lubrizol, Mary Kay Cosmetics, McDonalds Corporation, Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing (3M), and Rawlings Sports.
