| Event: | Water Balloon Contest |

| Description: | The water balloon competition is open to teams of high school students who are interested in solving problems and creating solutions. The objective of the competition is to construct a protective device that will allow a balloon filled with water to be dropped from approximately 20 feet without breaking. The device that protects the largest water-filled balloon for the longest fall will win. |
|

|
| Prize: | The winner will receive a $100.00 cash award, a tee shirt, and a complimentary ticket to the Engineer's Week Banquet. The winner(s) will be recognized at the banquet. |
|

| Schedule: | The contest starts at 9:00 am. |
