Ritchie Hall Renovation
Scope:
This project involved a total building renovation with new furniture and movable equipment. The 20,550 gsf building has 60 beds and 7,250 gsf of administrative/support area.
Status:
Construction start: July 2000.
Construction complete: August 2001.
