Total replacement of plumbing systems in Schrank Hall South including mechanical room improvements. Roof replacement of Schrank Hall North and South, including removal of abandoned cooling tower. Plaza and parking deck renovations. Electrical distribution improvements. ADA elevator modifications. Oil switch replacement. Fire alarm replacement. Asbestos abatement of materials in Schrank Hall North and South.
