Wayne Facilities Enhancement
Scope:
The project consisted of an 11,700 GSF addition and a 7,400 GSF renovation. The new and renovated spaces are primarily utilized for the Library and technologically enhanced classrooms. A courtyard was created from the new addition.
Construction start: October 2000
Project complete: August 2001.
