The University of Akron Whitby Hall Rehabilitation

Scope:

This project involves the rehabilitation of 36,314 gsf in the Chemical Engineering & classroom portion of Whitby Hall. Interior space reconfigured to include faculty, staff, graduate student offices, research labs, undergrad labs, study areas, and other academic space. A complete redesign of the mechanical/plumbing & electrical/telecommunications systems was required.

Status:

Construction start: 12/2001.

Construction complete: 01/2004.
