Interim Student and Administrative Services Building
Scope:
166,802 gsf Phase I building renovations program include "interim" space for Spicer Hall occupants: including Registrar, Financial Aid, Cashier, Loans & Receivables, Controller, Parking Office, University College, Office of Accessibility, Auditor and Academic Advisement. Relocation of these departments allowed for the demolition of Spicer Hall.

Construction start: February 2001
Construction complete: November 2001.
