Auburn West Tower Rehabilitation
Scope:
Renovation of existing integral parking structure for the Department of Biology; abatement of hazardous materials; and renovations in west tower for Biology and Engineering. Upgrade HVAC system in Biology Resource Center. Construction of a Student Design Center for Engineering.
Status:
Schematic design and design development underway.
Early bid package for enclosure and selective demolition received 12/07/2006. Low bidder Atec Construction $75,750. State release of funds submitted 12/14/2006.
