Elevator Hydraulic Cylinder Replacement Phase III
Scope:
Bid 1:
Remove and replace "Single Bottomed" elevator hydraulic cylinders and replace with "Doubled Walled Cylinders" as well as replace hoistway door safety edges on the following seven elevators: Broadway, Carroll Hall, Olin Hall, Administrative Services Building, Whitby Hall (two) and Zook Hall. These locations are single-critical elevators as they are the only elevators in or to service areas in the building.
Bid 2:
Replace existing hydraulic cylinders and safety edges on two elevators and Stage Lift #1 an #2 in EJ Thomas Performing Arts Hall.

Bid 1 100% complete.
Bid 2 construction start 06/2006. Construction is 75% complete.
Construction start: 06/19/2005. Construction complete: 01/19/2007.
Overall construction 87% complete.
