Goodyear Polymer Roof Replacement and Structural Steel Restoration
Scope:
A complete roof tear-off and replaced with single ply membrane. The building has a steep, sloped, metal roof that will be replaced or recoated. Exposed structural steel is going to be cleaned, prepared and painted.
Status:
Inspections scheduled for roofing warranty.
Construction start: 07/2006. Construction complete: 12/2006.
Construction 100% complete. Punch-list and closeout in progress.
