Scope:
The first phase of a 100,000 gsf complex that will house classrooms, offices and support functions for up to 2,000 students. This new facility will provide educational facilities in a convenient location for the residents of Medina County and surrounding areas.
Status:
Funding for Phase I being reviewed.
Building bids received 09/15/2006 and approved by the Board of Trustees on 09/20/2006.
Construction start 10/16/2006. Construction complete approximately 08/2007.
Construction 10% complete.
