Scope:
Tear off and replace existing Single Ply Roofing System (EPDM) and install .060 reinforced EPDM fully adhered system.
Status:
Architectural metal installation ongoing. Lightning rod installed.
Construction start 05/2006. Construction complete spring 2007.
Construction 95% complete.
