Guzzetta Hall Addition
Scope:
A 69,921 gsf addition, which will consolidate Dance programs at Guzzetta Hall and contain a 450-seat theater with a full Proscenium Stage and Fly Space. Budget limitations will require two phases. Phase I includes seven dance studios, classrooms, shop spaces, faculty offices and support spaces. Phase II includes performance theater and dressing rooms.
Status:
Construction 99% complete. Punch list and closeout in progress.
