Additional Equipment

• Scanning Station: Students can use this station (located in the front portion of the Homework lab) to scan photographs or copy pages. The station includes Adobe Acrobat and OCR software for basic recognition of text. Students can both store and edit images for classroom presentations.

• VGA cables: VGA cables are used with laptops for presentations in classrooms. VGA cables can be borrowed from the Graduate Assistant's office.

• Headphones: Headphones can be borrowed from the Lab Assistant's office.

• Hard drive caddies: The College of Business has purchased removable hard drive caddies to enhance the learning experience of our students. The Management Department started using the equipment in the Fall 2002 semester. This gives students the hands on experience needed to manage information systems.

• ADA computer stations: Each lab is equipped with ADA computer stations. There are two ADA computer stations per lab, located near the entrance of each lab.
