Brent Philo

Brent Philo is a Director in PwC’s International Tax Services (ITS) group and has more than 20 years of experience in developing U.S. and foreign tax strategies with respect to acquisitions and dispositions and integrations, earnings and profits studies, intercompany transfer pricing strategies, dividend planning and in developing strategies to increase foreign source income and effectively use foreign tax credits.

Brent spent 13 years with General Electric Company’s tax group, serving as the Global Tax Director for GE Lighting and GE Transportation Systems. Brent has also served as the Chief Tax Officer at American Greetings Corporation.
