Board Member Bio
Name: Douglas Wenger
Title: Senior Vice-President and Chief Information Officer at OMNOVA Solutions Inc.
MBA in Management - Western Michigan University
BS, Computer Information Systems - Ferris State University
Mr. Wenger joined OMNOVA in October 2001 to lead the global modernization of business processes and information systems for the company's worldwide operations. He is responsible for information technology strategy, business process and IT solutions, core IT technologies and the integration of business processes from acquisitions.
Prior to OMNOVA Solutions, Mr. Wenger was with the Kellogg Company, a global food manufacturer. He most recently served as Director, Global Information Technology Strategy and Architecture, responsible for development and implementation of IT strategies to support the sales, manufacturing and distribution channels of Kellogg's markets worldwide.
Mr. Wenger serves in leadership positions for a number of civic and professional organizations like United States Tennis Association, Midwest Youth Tennis & Education Foundation and Panorama Capital CIO Council
