Emily Davis Gallery in Folk Hall host historical and contemporary African-American art from the outstanding museum collection on loan from the National Center of Afro-American Artists, Inc. in Roxbury, Massachusetts.


April 2: Opening reception and lecture. At 6 p.m. in the Folk Hall Auditorium Barry Gaither will talk about "Rethiking American Art: The impact of African-American Contributions" as part of the UA School of Art's "Speaking of Black Art" lecture series. All events free. Reception 4 to 7 p.m.
Exhibition hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
