Summer Tuition:
Payment Plan (1/2 of total tuition on or before the following dates):
- May 19, first installment ($54.50).
- June 9, last installment ($54.50).
Please note:
- All classes are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment.
- A $10.00 registration fee for new students due with the first payment. Each 15 minute segment thereafter will be $15.00 additional. Please be prompt picking up the students!
- Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted.
- Make checks payable to Dance Institute.
- Register by mail. Download and print a registration form.
- No refunds will be made on tuition fees. In case of extended illness or injury, credit may be given for classes upon receipt of a doctor's certificate.
- All items should have the child's name on the inside, especially shoes !
- Please be prompt in picking up your children! Children are supervised only during their scheduled class time. If there will be a delay in picking up a child within 5 minutes of class time ending, the office must be notified in advance so that the child will not be left unattended. Teachers have other classes scheduled, making it impossible to attend to children who are not picked up.
DRESS CODE:
A neat, clean, professional appearance is expected. Black jazz oxford style tap shoes are recommended for all students.
- Girls: Solid color leotard (no skirt attached), pink tights.
- Boys: White t-shirt, black tights.
