This site was designed for the Spring 2004 Instructional Design course at The University of Akron, led by Dr. John Savery.

Site authors and designers were:

Laura Goumas acquired her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Akron .  She is currently a substitute teacher for Revere Local School District and Copley-Fairlawn City School District

Annette Kamenar received her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Akron .  She is currently employed at Barberton High School where she teaches English and is the advisor to the senior class, National Honor Society, and Video Club. 
Linda Ciccarelli Kamienski is the president and owner of Keystrokes Computer, a full-service computer company.  Kamienski holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron where she is an adjunct faculty member.  She has also taught courses at Kent State University .  She was selected to participate in the 1995/96 Leadership Akron class and is currently a member of the Leadership Akron Alumni Association and has served on various non-profit boards in the community and is a lecturer on many small business topics.

Mary Beth Messner earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Youngstown State University as a member of the University Scholars Program.  She is certified in Secondary English and has taught previously at Our Lady of the Elms High School in Akron .  She currently teaches seventh and eighth grade Language Arts at Saint Paul School in North Canton , Ohio .
