Which items can be requested?

Check the online catalog for the item you wish to request. The STATUS area of the record determines the availability of the item.
A score with a NON-CIRC status item is available for GFA photocopy request when it meets the public domain requirements. A book with a NON-CIRC status is only available on site.
An AVAILABLE status item can be requested through Inter-Library Loan (ILL). To initiate an ILL request, check with your home institution. Scores, books and journal articles are available through ILL.

Special requests should be directed to the Archivist.
