Who are the Friends of Hower House?

The organization was established in 1974 to preserve the house and
its furnishings and to provide a glimpse into 19th century life.
Why should you join the Friends of Hower House?

1. To support the restoration and maintenance of this fine cultural attraction.
2. To help preserve a window into Akron's past.
3. To participate in the activities and events of Hower House.
4. To support the staff, promotion and operation of the House.
