John Hirschbuhl is the founder of the Center for Computer-Based Education, Director of Instructional Development, and Professor of Education at The University of Akron. He
is formally a Consulting Scholar for the IBM Corporation and a Senior Vice President of Development and Operations of Computer Knowledge International, Inc. He received his Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University
and his B.S. and M.S. from Temple University. Dr. Hirschbuhl has published over 200 articles in professional journals on Computer-Based Education and Training, and he has consulted with many of the Fortune 500
companies and academic institutions. He is the author of the Internet2 NSF award and is the primary Internet2 contact at The University of Akron. |
