Constitutional Law (17th ed. 2010). In conjunction with this reading, please answer

Prior to the first class meeting, please obtain the casebook, the 2012 Supplement to the casebook, and the CPSrf response pad ("clicker") at the University of Akron Bookstore if you do not already have one.
