Oct. 21 Oct. 28 Nov. 4 Nov. 11 Nov. 18 Dec. 2Required Readings:
All of the required course materials may be found on the web. Links to the Required Readings are provided below. You may review these on-line, you may save them to a disk or hard drive and read them on your computer at a later time, or you may print them out to read them. Note that if you save the files and then read them in edit mode, you can make generally make notes right in the document itself. Printing in the law library on the inkjet printers is free but time-consuming and cumbersome. Printing on the laser printers in the Computer Center or at Bierce is also free, and faster, however they request that you limit your print jobs to 15 pages at a time. Obviously, this is less of a concern when they are not busy. For Further Exploration:
In addition to specific documents to read for each topic, I have also provided links to web sites which deal generally with the subject matter, as well as optional reading materials.Reserve materials:
While there is no casebook or general text assigned, there are some background materials which you may find helpful.Links:
Finally, I have provided links to internet law and general law-related sites for background. And, like any self-respecting web site author, I have include links to a short list of favorite sites that I like.
