What is your Library Barcode?

You will be prompted for a Library Barcode when you request materials from the UA Libraries or OhioLINK catalog, view your library record online, renew materials online, or use OhioLINK Remote Authentication.

Your Library Barcode is the series of numbers on the back of your ZipCard or borrower’s card. If you are a UA student, faculty member, or staff, your barcode is either your Student or Employee ID by itself (xxxxxxx), or your Student or Employee ID preceded by enough zeros to make a 15 digit number (00000000xxxxxxx). If you are a community borrower, your barcode is the series of numbers on the back of your white borrower'’s card (210029xxxxxxxxx).

Please stop by the Library, call 330-972-5355, or send a message to library-barcode@uakron.edu if you have any questions or if you require assistance with your barcode.
