MARC LOADER WITH INVOICE (Extended Approval Plan Interface)

• This program is an extension of one that originally dealt with approval records and their invoices. This program also works with Firm Orders and can load full MARC cataloging records and Item Records.
  
  
• Used for all loads that include an invoice.
  
  
• Used to load YBP Approval Records and PromptCat Records
