In order to maintain efficient mail flow throughout the campus, Mail Services must be notified of all department moves. This notification can be done by emailing jbrown@uakron.edu or via memo. The infoshould be done in writing and include the following:

Department Name
Current location
Current +4
New location

Mail Services will notify you of the new +4 code for your new location.
