Fluorine: Benefits

Fluoride, along with adequate levels of calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and vitamin D is required to maintain strong bones and teeth. When dietary levels of fluoride are inadequate, bones can lose calcium and weaken, leading to the condition of osteoporosis.

Researchers are also examining fluoride's role in protecting against cancer, heart disease, and boosting immune levels.
