The LRC (Learning Resource
Center) is located on the 3rd floor of Olin Hall in room 375.
Linked
by means of a Sony audiovisual console, the LRC's classroom facility has 24
student positions, each equiped with cassette tape, headset, and a state-of-the-art
computer terminal. Beginning and intermediate language classes use the
LRC to work on language proficiency skills; a French Phonetics class
also uses the facility on a regular basis.
An additional 12-seat area is available for students to do research
on the internet, print out reports, or view foreign-language videocassettes.
