Get a Recital Reservation Form from the Concert Manager, Patty LaNasa at x8301 or in the Music Office GH.

Fill out the form as per instructions and return to the Concert Manager with the $50 fee

Contact your private instructor, be sure all parts of the form are filled out.

Bring the form with the amount due to the Concert Manager GH Music Office
