"Wanna Tri" Training Program Starts March 2010
The training will be based on beginner, intermediate, & advanced levels. The training will run for 8 weeks and conclude with participation in The University of Akron’s Sprint Triathlon.
The Sprint Triathlon consists of a 500 yard swim, a 12 mile bike, and a 5K run. There will be individual heats as well as a relay heat.
