Interested in renting out part of the facility for special events? Do you need to reserve any equipment for the event? You can now download both electronic and printable versions of our facility and equipment reservation request form. Completed forms may be turned in at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center room # 209. You may turn in your form in person, by fax (330-972-6715) or through email. For forms sent via email please address to: SRWCreservations@uakron.edu and include the word "reservation" in the subject line.
