On Thursday 28 June 02 Deloris Stafford will present information on the Clery Act
Kids Event will held at the Cleveland Zoo Saturday 30 June 02 IACLEA will cover the admission cost plus lunch Pavilion rental $300.00 reserve OCLEA/IACLEA
Case Western Reserve transportation-need 2 volunteers 0930 - 1630 hours age limit 8 and under parent needed
Spouse Event - Longaberger Basket Company 2 July 02 0800 - 1600 hours, 3 motor coaches with guides $30.00 a person, tour the factory and lunch is provided

Rock Hall could not meet the budget $10,000 they did come down on the rental but still could not do it shied away
Indians home game will buy 100 tickets picnic and autograph session, watch warm up in bull pen
someone told Howard yes, but actually no. Have to have a game day ticket
to get in picnic area
To feed 400-500 people will have to charge $20-25 per person
