OPOTA RECORDS UPDATING

OPOTA has asked Howard Korn (Marietta College) to gather information regarding the colleges in Ohio, which have opted to establish commissioned police operations on campus under Section 1713.50 of the Ohio Revised Code. This information is needed for the purpose of updating OPOTA records. Colleges which have organized a campus police department under Section 1713.50 ORC are asked to contact Howard Korn at Marietta College and advise the date the department was activated under 1713.50 and who is the appointing authority.
