Bryan Taylor recently graduated from the Police Executive Leadership College ( PELC).   </div> <div> PELC is a program designed to enhance the leadership qualities of police supervisors. The program consists of three one week sessions which are interspaced with one or two weeks back in the department between sessions. This format allows for information that was discussed in the session to be reviewed and applied. It also is a time for research, and preparation for the next session.</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
