Bulletin description
Prerequisites: 601 or Permission of Instructor. Provides working knowledge of tools and methods available to project managers including computerized analysis of network models to aid in the planning and control functions.

Rationale
This is an attractive elective for graduate students in all disciplines including Engineering and Accounting. The course already covers basic concepts needed from Management and Organization Behavior. Due to availability of PM software tools, knowledge of office software is no longer a requirement for this class.
