Download Proposal Files for Printing

Please click Proposal: SC-10-39 to download the text file to your local drive. Choose the SAVE FILE option from the pop-up window. Save the text file under a name of your choosing. You can then open the text file from a word-processor or text editor and perform any desired formatting before printing.
