New GRE requirement for the DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN ENGINEERING DEGREE was approved by College of Engineering Graduate Curriculum Committee on November 19, 2002.
Bulletin description:
Update page 36 of the Graduate Bulletin as follows:

The GRE requirements may be waived by the department for students
holding degrees from ABET accredited programs.
For those who took the exam under the old format, a minimum score of 1200 is expected on the combined analytical and quantitative portions of the GRE.
Under the new format, a minimum score of 600 is expected on the quantitative portion of the GRE.
