The basic content will reflect principles and issues of nursing leadership development. In the current plan, Senior Nursing Practicum has seminar discussion related to clinical experiences and nursing leadership. Combining the two courses will integrate theory and practice, impacting the students' critical path to personal leadership development in nursing. |
