| Brief Summary of Proposal | Automated Bookkeeping teaches students how to apply basic accounting theory in an automated environment using a specific accounting software package. While particularly useful to students seeking employment in the accounting field, non-accounting Business Management Technology students will be better served by the broader conceptualization and diversity of tasks provided by Spreadsheet Software. The electronic spreadsheet’s ability to analyze and evaluate information in a wide array of business situations and environments will be more valuable to these students. |
