Brief Summary of ProposalTo more completely meet ABET accreditation criteria, the ChE program will require a four (1 credit each) course sequence in Project Management and Teamwork. Students currently enrolled in the College of Engineering may chose to use the courses towards elective credits. To maintain the current program credit hour limit the number of ChE elective credits will be reduced from 9 to 6 credits and the freshman introductory course, Tools for Chemical Engineering will be reduced from 3 credits to 2 credits.
