Resource comment A one-time start-up cost of no less than $40,000 per year for two years to establish the NEOUMFA program. Costs include establishing memberships in relevant professional organizations, producing and distributing promotional material, inviting distinguished guest readers to the consortium, and establishing an infrastructure including office supplies and clerical assistance. All program costs to be divided among the four universities.
