| Brief Summary of Proposal | Add a new course at the 500 level entitled "Nutrition Assessment". Student evaluations from the Medical Sciences classes are requesting more intensive preparation in assessment and metabolism. The nutrition faculty and accreditation bodies agree. In order to meet the mandated foundation, knowledge and skill requirements, this change needs to be paired with the reduction of 7400:426 credit hours from 5 to 3. See FAA-06-111 for the related undergraduate course. See also FAA-06-26 |
