| Brief Summary of Proposal | Reduce 7400:426 Human Nutrition from a 5-credit course to a 3-credit course. Reducing the number of credit hours would permit the inclusion of another course "Nutrition Assessment"(see FAA-06-23), which in turn would meet the mandated foundation, knowledge and skills required in dietetics. These changes reflect recommendations by accreditation bodies, as well as student evaluations and faculty. |
