| DLRC Comment | Approved based on following addendum by Richard Bennett:
Students will not be allowed entry into this course their first semester. I am the only instructor teaching this course in a small program so that the security issue regarding students taking (being the student of record) the course is answered by my having previously taught all of the students and I will be familiar with their work. I am also the only instructor for the class delivered in lecture mode to ensure that the same material is being covered online as well. All emails such as final term papers and threaded discussions will be done on Springboard for security reasons.
