DLRC CommentThe on-line vs. web-based language needs to be consistent. For example, allowing students to make arrangements so as to not have to take the final exam on campus means that student took a fully on-line course. References to Carroll Hall 325 should be deleted. The resource requirements section indicates "no additional resources", however pod-casts of lectures and videos must be close captioned or text must be provided via the LMS, otherwise the course is not accessible to all potential students.
