DLRC CommentThe DLRC thanks you for the voluminous response to our request for additional information concerning proposal ED-08-13. Unfortunately, the manner in which the information was provided has raised further questions. These questions are set forth below. Your prompt attention to this matter will be appreciated. 1. The exemplar syllabi that were proffered for our consideration appear to be for traditional courses taught on campus. Have syllabi been prepared specifically for each course to be taught on-line? 2. Assuming that dedicated on-line syllabi have been prepared; please send copies for each course that you request to present on-line. 3. Many of the proffered syllabi contain course requirements that may only be conducted in a traditional face to face classroom. Please highlight the changes to these requirements in the updated, dedicated syllabi. 4. Assuming that other activities are to be substituted for the course requirements necessitating in-class meetings; what will be the substitutes for each class and how are these substitutes equivalent to the ones replaced? 5. Many of the proffered syllabi contain digital courtesy policies. Are these policies to be implemented in the on-line courses? Assuming that such policies are desired; what regulations will be imposed for the on-line courses? 6. The proposal indicates that the classes will remain stable at 20 -25 students. On what basis is this statement made?
