| GEAC Comment | We met with Celal Batur and Jerry Drummond from Mechanical Engineering who shared information and answered questions about this proposed new courses and program. The program is, in our opinion, well designed and will offer a unique specialty track for future engineering students. The required co-op and internship work makes it stand out even among our other engineering degrees, and our concerns about fewer humanities requirements than the other tracks were alleviated. GEAC agreed to approve this set of curricular proposals. |
