| Brief Summary of Proposal | The Department of Military Science and Leadership originally developed 1600:305 (Leadership Techniques and Principles) to contribute to the leadership development and education of students at the university. The class is intended to augment students’ academic endeavors as an elective and to contribute to upcoming leadership initiatives. After discussion with the Dean of University College, the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students, and the Director of Leadership Development & Special Projects it was decided that the course would better serve the campus community as an offering through University College rather than through Military Science. |
