| Brief Summary of Proposal | In the current Graduate Bulletin's College of Education "Doctoral Residency Requirements" section (p. 42) it describes summer residency requirements as follows: "The summer session may count as one semester, provided that the candidate is enrolled for a maximum of 10 consecutive weeks of full-time study and for a minimum of six semester hours per five-week session." This proposal seeks to change the wording in this section, as follows, so requirements mirror those outlined by the Graduate School in the Residence Requirements section of the Graduate Bulletin (p. 26): "The summer sessions may count as one semester, provided that the candidate is enrolled for a minimum total of six semester credit hours per combined summer terms."
